I’m going to do my best not to be biased here with my love of this character, so i am going to say all the bad stuff first. This is not the greatest game in the world, its a watered down Devil May Cry/Bayonetta with a camera that can get infuriating bad and really take you out of the action of the game. But…if you like Deadpool enough shouldn’t really bother you that much.
Now, the best part of the game comes with the story, writing, voice acting, characters and cutscenes….so pretty much anything that isn’t gameplay is gold, the humor throughout the game is amazing and will be loved, its a down right laugh out loud game and the funnest i have played for ages.
The game starts out with Deadpool listening to voicemails, and blackmailing the CEO of High Moon studios to get a game, and making fun of spider man. This game is pure comdey gold and full of Fourth wall breaking amazingness.
But it appears that all the effort went into the cutscenes, humor and most of the story, but they really put a lot less effort into the enemys, boss fights being recyled and a really annoying spike of hardness towards the end.
If you like Deadpool…wait till the price goes down..if you want to know more about deadpool…buy comics their cheaper and get the game when its cheaper too.
