WWE’s 32nd celebration of all things wrestling, the ‘grand daddy of them all’, With a lot of WWE’s top stars being injured and quick work to try and pin together something exciting.

Now watching live for the first time sure was nice, unsure of what was going to happen in the show. Starting with the pre-show..which was sadly not something i could personally sit through as it wasn’t the most entertaining start, with a average match for the United States Championship and really nothing to get me excited or intrested in the following matches that was going to happen, after watching NXT: Take over Dalles, which made me care about that matches that where going to happen, and wasn’t just jerking themselves off about how great of an event it is, like Wrestlemina did. It explained the feuds, matches and got me to really pay attention, where as nothing apart from the matches i knew about got me to care, there’s was build up to each match even if it was just a weeks worth of build up. Where as the Wrestlemina show had its up and downs of me caring. With allot of WWe tops stars injured I can understand why it was so clobbered together with the Rock, the Shane McMahon vs Undertaker match (with the drama around that match becoming pointless weeks later)

The shows opening match was a 6-man ladder match for the intercontinental champion ship. A really great start with high flying moves, showing off mid card talent. A fun match full of the carnage a ladder match should be full of. big spots, exciting moves and fun story told through out. With a awesome win that is well deserved by the WWE Internet Championship Zack Ryder (WOO! WOO! WOO! YOU KNOW IT!), Having his first big Wrestlemina moment by wining this ladder match and the Intercontinental champion

The next match on the card was the best in the world Chris Jericho vs AJ Styles, which was just fine….having never watched TNA at all i still knew who AJ Styles was, and this was for sure a great way for to get more of a clue of who he is, Chris Jericho is one of my favorite wrestlers and i love any promo he is involved in, and getting to watch the video package and showing the start of this rival and the just fine end. Also thanks to it all this gif exist.

The next match was a six man tag team match between The New Day!, With the power of positivity and Unicorns! (Kofi Kingston,Xavier Woods and Big E)  vs The 100% unintresting evil Europeon wrelsing team (The league of nations) Ignoring the match it’s self (a slightly interesting tag match that the New Day should have won) But here is there awesome entrance! with a video blow. they come popping out of a giant box of Booties cereal (there own brand of cereal which you should eat every morning to make sure you an’t booty) dressed in Dragon Ball Z amour with golden unicorn horns! its glorious and entertaining.

And after the WWE Tag team champions stupidly lost the tag team match, Three awesome old people came out to beat up the evil EU members. In the form of Mick Foley, Shawn Micheal’s and  Stone Cold Steve Austin. Coming out to kick ass, Dance with the new Day. WWE really trying to get the nostalgia going with these star’s returning, i mean it did work with the cheers getting so loud.

On to next was Brock Lesnar Vs Dean Ambrose in a no holds barred street fight that i really felt lacked much of the ‘fight’ part of it. And While Dean really put up a good fight it really just seemed like an extended squash match.Like the picture below pretty much showing how this match really went down.

The next match was for the newly created WWE Woman’s championship, which looks amazingly much more like a respectable championship belt that anyone could want to own and not just a big pink dead butterfly

And the triple threat match for the Women’s championship was awesome, entertaining and really showed off the characters of the three women involved. With Snoop Dogg coming into rap his cousins theme song as well

After that was the yearly Undertaker match, where in which you can watch to aged men beat each other up in a big cage. Not the greatest Undertaker match at all, and not as chaotic and exciting as it could have been. but for too old men punching each other it sure had some high flying, nearly death causing action form a business man to a Necromancer/announce table.

This is the nearly death having move in front of his three kids and millions of fans. Shane Lost the match, and the stipulations of which have no become super pointless. So this half and hour was pretty much worthless story wise. But watching it live it didn’t feel like 30 minutes at all so i can’t say it was awful, just a bit pointless.

After that there was the main event, with the evil  big bad boss Triple H Versus the boring Samoan Warrior Roman Reigns (Who’s cousins with the rock you know! (He’s not)) And this match has…nothing really spectacular and honestly a bit boring for a main event with no real stakes at all. Even for the championship didn’t realy seem to matter as i think everyone knew who was going tow in fro the start.

So for my first live Westelmaina…it wasn’t awful.
