Animation
The Crude home made animation is a very different use of my image, but it is still an image presented in a different way. Giving off a very different idea to my tattoo. becuase of the crudeness of the presentation this is clearly a first attempt and not a long lasting one either, this is something that should kept being improved over time. Unlike the tattoo which is a semi-permanent body.
Drawing
When my item becomes a drawing becomes much less of a focus, as it is surrounded by much more stimulating images and it is much smaller. Becoming allot less of a center of attention and just blending into the background more when put next to bigger and better art. And as it is in a sketch book it holds some clear personal worth as it is has been completed and not just scrubbed away as some sketches can be.

Tattoo
I’m not happy with the photoshop on this at all. but poor photoshoping aside the placement of a tattoo is very important. as the lower back tattoo is often seen as a much more feminine object and can give off very different then my own placement on the upper arm.

Real life match
The real life fire and matchstick, This gives off a very different idea to the permanency of the tattoo. as matches normal last about a minute or two, or can ust be blown out by a strong gust of wind the next second. It is a very throw away object unlike my own.
Graffiti
A sort of wall tattoo. A sign of rebellion and fighting the system, a object that is hoping for the same permanency that my tattoo has. But most graffiti can e easily covered up or washed away the next day. Even though it shares simularies to the art above, it holds allot less significance to others as it is in a public space.
